CDS Glass Fiber Basalt Fiber Pultruded Profiles

Glass Fiber Basalt Fiber Pultruded Profiles are semi-rigid products, using high-strength fiberglass or basalt fibres, with the surface treated. It features extremely high tensile strength in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, along with low elongation, and exhibits excellent properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance, acid resistance, minimal creep, high strength, and minima.

High tensile strength. Above all other conventional reinforcements

Corrosion resistant. Will not decay or rust over time, unlike traditional steel.

Moisture resistant. Weathers the wettest environments built in alkali resistance.

Chemical resistant. Compatible with nearly any admix you include in your concrete.

Frost and heat resistant. Takes freeze-that cycles in stride

Smooth Blending. Does not clump or ball during mixing like many pva and poly fibers.

The Application Scenarios

Structural Support Parts:

Fiberglass Pultruded Profiles: Commonly used in factory purlins, warehouse load-bearing beams, and prefabricated housing frames, replacing steel can reduce the risk of corrosion and lower maintenance costs.

Basalt Fiber Pultruded Profiles: Due to their enhanced weather resistance (UV resistance and resistance to high and low temperature cycles), they are more suitable for long-term outdoor exposure, such as bridge access ramps and high-speed rail platform canopy support columns.

Enclosures and Decoration:

Fiberglass Profiles: Can be used to make building fences, balcony guardrails, and door and window frames. They are particularly suitable for humid environments (such as coastal areas) to prevent wood rot and metal rust.

Basalt Fiber Profiles: Due to their improved appearance stability (resistance to fading and deformation), they are often used in high-end building exterior decorative grilles and landscape corridor supports.

Underground and Water Conservancy Engineering:

Both profiles are resistant to soil and water corrosion and can be used to make underground pipe supports, water conservancy gate guide rails, culvert linings, and other applications, replacing traditional steel or concrete to reduce weight and extend service life.
