The DJF-1 Electric Pedal Dual-use Fan is designed to handle large volumes of air when the power supply is cut off in the war in the basement.It can be used filter-type ventilation system when suffering atomic, chemical, or bacterial cases.

Normally this fan works by electric drive,only use Human-driven in the war.Once using Human-driven,it must be in emergency situation,so we must ensure the equipment is always in a normal working condition.At ordinary times
to strengthen the maintenance, especially the sports part.
1,Check the gearbox for oil leakage and oil seepage, and replace the sealing gasket if necessary
2,For the chain, tooth disc and flywheel to regularly add lubricating oil, do not rust
3.Check the partial structure of the support for rust damage and lost fasteners
4.Gearbox maintenance: Open the gearbox to check the lubricating oil;then add a new 120 gasoline if the oil amount is insufficient, ensure the oil plane flush with the lower surface of the shaft.
Then one person runs slowly and check for phase rubbing or crash sound.
If there is no mechanical faults, the four people should operate for 5 minutes at the same time. If there is any fault, the parts should be repaired or replaced in time
5.If the fan is not used for a long time, the belt should be removed, or the motor base is loosened, so that the belt is thrown loose. The above maintenance work should be carried out once a quarter, and once in one or two month in hot and humid days
