Basalt Fiber Composite Reber


Basalt fiber composite reberis divided into pure basalt fiber composite reinforcement (BFRP) and steel-continuous fiber composite reinforcement (SFCB). Pure basalt fiber reinforced composite bar tensile strength higher than ordinary steel, density is only 1/4 of the steel, and corrosion resistance is significantly better than steel, can be used in acid, alkali, salt and humid environments for long periods of time without maintenance, in addition to the insulation is not electrically conductive, the coefficient of thermal expansion and the ordinary cement concrete is comparable to the cement concrete to better play mechanical properties in the cement concrete.Basalt fiber composite tendon adopts high strength basalt fiber and vinyl resin (epoxy resin) online pultrusion, winding, surface coating and composite molding. Pure basalt fiber composite tendon modulus of elasticity is relatively low, member stiffness is relatively general, heat resistance is general. The steel-continuous fiber composite bar can improve these shortcomings, the steel bar and FRP material performance advantages in one. The composite bar is made of steel and FRP material composite, its inner core is composed of steel and other highly ductile materials, the outer layer wrapped in fiber materials, with a comparable modulus of elasticity with the steel bar, stable secondary stiffness and excellent corrosion resistance and other characteristics.
