Product Description

CDS Basalt Fiber Cloth

Basalt fiber cloth is woven from continuous basalt untwisted yarn or twisted yarn, and can be made into different thicknesses, weights, warp and weft densities, widths, etc. as required. It has the advantages of high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, no toxic gas emission, good heat insulation, non - flammable, flame - retardant, smokeless, and no thermal shrinkage.

13 represents the diameter of basalt fibre, measured in micrometres (μm), typically ranging from 6 to 22 μm;
350 denotes the surface density of plain weave fabric, measured in grams per square metre (g/m²), which can be customised but generally does not exceed 1000 g/m²;
100 indicates the width of plain weave fabric, measured in centimetres (cm), which can be customised but typically measures 56 cm, 100 cm, or 127 cm;
5×5 is the warp and weft weaving density of the plain weave fabric, measured in strands per centimetre (st/cm), meaning there are 5 fibre bundles per centimetre in both the warp and weft directions. This can be customised, typically ranging from 3×3 to 15×15.
